Don't take our word for it — that's the whole point of this page. Trust is the only thing the Institute really has, so here is how you can check us: how we decide what's true, how we handle being wrong, and everything we're connected to.
Most of wellness asks you to trust it. We'd rather earn it, in ways you can verify. This page exists so that a skeptic, a journalist, or anyone deciding whether to believe us can see exactly how the Institute operates — and hold us to it.

Everything we publish runs through the same discipline, which we call the Clarity Loop: we make it genuinely clear, we ground every claim in evidence, we separate what's well-established from what's still emerging, and we name what isn't yet known. A lesson isn't finished when it's written — it's finished when an ordinary person actually understands it, including understanding what remains uncertain.
We will get things wrong sometimes — everyone teaching real science does, because the science itself moves. When we do, we fix it openly rather than quietly. If you spot an error, tell us; we'd genuinely rather hear it. Corrections aren't an embarrassment to hide — they're part of being trustworthy, and we treat them that way.
We evaluate every technology by one standard, and we disclose every commercial relationship we have. Here's the honest part most institutions won't say out loud: we're not pretending to have no interest. We have affiliate relationships, and we tell you exactly what they are on our disclosure page. What makes us independent isn't the absence of any interest — it's that we disclose it openly and hold everything, including the things we're connected to, to the same evidence standard. Disclosure without an equal standard is theater; an equal standard without disclosure is a secret. We do both.
"We would rather lose a sale than lose your trust." It means we teach before we recommend, we tell you what we don't know, we disclose what we're connected to, and if the honest answer is "this may not be for you," that's the answer you'll get.
Don't trust us blindly — we'd consider that a failure. Watch what we do. Do we separate proof from promise? Do we disclose our relationships? Do we ever say "we don't know yet"? If we stop behaving this way, you'll notice, because we just handed you the tools to catch it. Trust is ours to lose, and we intend not to.
