Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect as little as possible, we use it only to teach you better, we never sell it, and we tell you plainly what happens. If you only ever read the Library, we don't need anything from you at all.

What we collect

• Nothing required to learn. Reading, browsing, and using the Library, lessons, and evaluations requires no account and no personal information.
• What you choose to give us — currently nothing. No form on this site is active today, so there is no way to give us your details even if you wanted to. If we switch one on, it will collect only what you type into it, only because you asked us to, and this page will say so before it goes live.
• Analytics — none installed. We may later add anonymous, aggregated measurement (which lessons get read, general traffic) to improve the teaching. If we do, it will be privacy-respecting analytics that does not build an advertising profile of you, and it will be named on this page.

What we do with it

We use what you give us for the specific reason you gave it — to send the results or guide you requested, or to answer you. We use aggregate analytics to understand what's helpful and make it better. That's all.

What we never do

• We never sell your personal information.
• We never share it with third parties except the service providers that help us operate (for example, an email service), and only to the extent needed to provide what you asked for.
• We don't use manipulative tracking to follow you around the web.

The service providers we rely on

Today the list is one name long: Netlify hosts the site, and standard server logs may apply under their privacy policy. Nothing else on this site sends your data anywhere. If we activate the optional discovery form, it will be processed by Formspree (only the name and email you choose to type in), and this list will be updated before that happens. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy, and we use providers only to deliver what you asked for.

Cookies & consent

We keep cookies to the minimum needed to run the site. Where regional rules require consent for non-essential cookies, we ask — and we default to the privacy-preserving choice, so declining is always easy and never punished.

A note on links to Super Patch

When you follow a link from our site to Super Patch or any third party, you leave our site and their privacy practices apply, not ours. We have an affiliate relationship we disclose openly on our Disclosure page; that relationship does not give us access to your activity on their site.

Your choices

You can use the entire Institute without giving us anything. If you've shared an email or other details, you can ask us to update or delete them at any time, and you can unsubscribe from any messages with one click. To make a request, reach us through the contact options.

Children

The Institute is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If we change these practices, we'll update this page and note when it was last revised. Material changes will be made clearly, not quietly.
