The Wearable Wellness Institute is an independent educational institution for wearable, drug-free wellness technology. We teach the science of wellbeing and evaluate the technologies that claim to support it — clearly, honestly, and without an agenda.
To help people understand their own wellbeing, and to evaluate the technologies that claim to support it — clearly, honestly, and without an agenda. In a field crowded with claims, we teach the science of how the body works and the discipline of how to judge what's true, so anyone can make wellness decisions from knowledge rather than noise.
A world where no one has to guess. Anyone facing a wellness decision — about their sleep, their stress, their energy, or the newest technology promising to help — should have a trusted place to turn that will tell them what the evidence says, what it doesn't yet say, and how to think for themselves.
An educational institution. An independent evaluator. A patient teacher. A place built on knowledge, evidence, honesty, and trust.
A product website. A patch company. A sales funnel. We are not in the business of hype, pressure, or guarantees.
Our philosophy — the "why." Your body has its own innate intelligence, and the best technology works with it, not against it. It's why we teach the body first.
Our method — the "how." Clear, evidence-grounded teaching that always separates what's established from what's emerging, and names what isn't yet known.
Our educator & origin. The warm human voice through whom we teach, and the story of where this began. Meet the Patch Professor →
Our AI educator. The same patient teaching, available to everyone — answering only from vetted knowledge, and honest about what it doesn't know. Ask a question →
Integrity. Honesty — including about the limits of what's known. Rigor. Clarity. Humility. Independence. Warmth. Stewardship. They're fixed; they don't flex for growth, pressure, or opportunity.
"We would rather lose a sale than lose your trust." We teach before we recommend, we tell you what we don't know, we disclose what we're connected to, and if the honest answer is "this may not be for you," that's the answer you'll get. See how we hold ourselves to it →
The Institute began, humbly, with one professor patiently explaining a single kind of wellness patch — and grew into an institute for the whole field, because it cared more about the learner's understanding than about any sale. The technologies we discuss will change; some will disappear. That's fine. Our identity was never the technology. It's the thing that outlasts it: the trustworthy understanding of how to be well.
